Eagle Innovations (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the etspe.com website (the “Service”). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding your information when you use the Service.
Information We Collect
We collect the following information when you sign up for or use the Service:
- Account information: name, email address, mailing address, phone number, gender, date of birth, and password.
- Golf identifiers: your GHIN number, if provided, used to link your account to your golf handicap records and tournament participation.
- Subscription and billing information: the subscription plan you select, billing history, and payment method tokens. Full credit card numbers are never stored on our servers; payment information is processed by Stripe, Inc.
- Tournament and event data: records of golf events you enter and scores you post, where applicable.
- Communications: messages you send to us for support and our responses.
- Technical data: server logs, IP address, browser type, and pages visited, used for site security and operational monitoring.
How We Use Your Information
- To create, authenticate, and manage your account
- To send SMS verification codes during signup (see SMS Communications below)
- To process subscription payments and send billing notices
- To enable participation in golf events through the Eagle Tournament System
- To send account-related email notifications such as welcome messages, plan changes, and payment receipts
- To respond to customer support inquiries
- To improve and maintain the Service
SMS Communications
By providing your phone number and clicking “Send verification code” during signup at https://etspe.com/get-started/, you consent to receive SMS messages from Eagle Innovations for account verification and account-related notifications.
Message frequency: Verification codes are sent only when you sign up for an account or request a new code. You may also receive occasional account-related SMS notifications such as payment reminders or notifications of changes to your account.
Message and data rates may apply. Contact your wireless carrier for details about your messaging plan.
To stop receiving SMS messages from us, reply STOP to any SMS message we send. You will receive a confirmation that you have been unsubscribed. To resume messages later, reply START.

We do not sell, rent, or share your phone number with third parties for marketing purposes. Phone numbers are used only by Eagle Innovations and our SMS delivery provider (Twilio) for verification and account-related communications. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services to operate the Service. Each maintains its own privacy practices:
- Stripe, Inc. — payment processing. See stripe.com/privacy.
- Twilio Inc. — SMS verification code delivery. See twilio.com/legal/privacy.
- FluentCRM — email delivery, operated on our own servers.
- WordPress / WooCommerce — website platform, self-hosted on our servers.
Data Retention
We retain your account information for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward to comply with legal, tax, and accounting obligations. Subscription and billing records are retained for at least seven years to meet U.S. tax recordkeeping requirements.
Your Rights
You may at any time:
- Access and update your account information by signing in and visiting your profile
- Cancel your subscription through your account or by contacting us
- Request a copy of your personal information by emailing css@eiimail.com
- Request deletion of your account by emailing css@eiimail.com, subject to legal retention requirements
Cookies
We use cookies necessary for the operation of the Service, including session cookies that keep you logged in and preference cookies that remember your settings. We do not use third-party advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
Children
The Service is intended for users 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page indicates when it was last revised. Material changes will be announced via email or on-site notice.
